At The Partially Sighted Society, we recognise that living with sight loss can bring unique emotional challenges. Feelings of isolation, anxiety, depression, and identity loss are common and valid experiences.
 
This Mental Health Awareness Week, we are highlighting the importance of emotional wellbeing within the sight loss community. Everyone deserves compassionate, accessible, and person-centred mental health support—regardless of their level of vision.
 
We offer therapeutic support that is sensitive to the lived experiences of sight loss, working alongside individuals to explore feelings, build resilience, and rediscover confidence and connection. Whether you are newly diagnosed or have been living with sight loss for some time, you’re not alone.
