Fundraising Event!
There are approximately 37,000 children in the UK living with sight loss, so we have challenged ourselves to row 37km as a collective.
This is roughly the distance between England and France.
Pictured is Anita, our CEO putting in some practice on the rowing machine! It's definitely not easy work, but she gallantly managed to row an impressive 5km, not bad for a warm up.
We'll be joined by members of Heidelberg Engineering UK who will be helping us complete this mammoth challenge. The day will also feature interviews with the team at Heidelberg as well as members of our team and trustees of the charity.
